The fund is a Dutch cooperative and is managed by Convent Capital Management AFF B.V., a Dutch light regime AIFM. The fund focuses on investments in sustainable and innovative companies in the agriculture and food sector and has a maximum size of EUR 150 million. European Investment Fund (EIF) has made a EUR 35 million commitment to the fund, also with the support of the European Commission and the European Investment Bank. The manager has been advised by INGEN HOUSZ. The transaction closed in November 2023. The team at Van Campen Liem consisted of Maurits Tausk, Piet Boonstra, Diederik Palstra and Marc Houtman.
