Van Campen Liem has advised Berry Global, Inc. on its announced USD 3.6 billion spin-off and merger with Glatfelter, consisting of Berry Global’s health, hygiene and specialties global nonwovens and films business.

The transaction creates a global leader within the specialty materials industry. The combined company is valued at USD 3.6 billion on an enterprise value basis. Berry Global and Glatfelter shareholders to own 90% and 10% of the combined company, respectively.
