Corporate commercial lawyer
Rachelle mainly assists clients on commercial contract law and corporate law matters. She advises clients on a wide range of (international) contracts, contract negotiations and general corporate law (including amongst others in respect of M&A transactions and corporate restructurings). She studied corporate law at the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands and completed the post master corporate law program (with a special focus on contract law) of Radboud University, The Netherlands. Rachelle speaks Dutch and English.
