Oya specializes in advising asset managers on the structuring, formation and fundraising of alternative investment funds with a particular focus on venture capital and private equity funds. She also provides advice to asset managers on the ongoing operations of alternative investment funds, covering a range of areas including regulatory compliance, contractual matters and corporate-related issues.
Oya has also an extensive experience in providing corporate advice on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and restructurings with a strong focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. Oya speaks Turkish and English.
