Kas advises investment funds and multinational corporates on Dutch and international tax aspect. With master’s degrees in both tax law and company law from the Radboud University, he predominantly focuses on fund structuring, reorganizations and M&A transactions. Before joining Van Campen Liem, Kas gained experience advising multinational corporates at Deloitte.
