Mies specializes in corporate law and advises (inter)national clients on various corporate law matters with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate governance. Prior to joining Van Campen Liem, Mies worked as attorney in the corporate practice of a global law firm based in the Netherlands. She speaks Dutch and English.
