Charles Mestré-Paumier

Attorney at law

Charles advises a wide range of clients (with a particular focus on clients from the private equity / alternative asset management sectors) on corporate reorganizations, financing and refinancing transactions, (cross-border) M&A transactions, as well as on their day-to-day legal needs.

Before joining Van Campen Liem, Charles worked for more than 5 years in the corporate and M&A department of a major Luxembourg independent tax firm and in the legal department of one of the world’s largest investment firms.

Charles holds a LL.M degree in American law from Saint Louis University (USA), as well as a Master’s degree in European and International business law from University Paris Dauphine (France). He has been admitted to practice law as an Attorney and Counselor-at-law in the State of New-York since 2018.
