Attorney at law
Leonor advises national and international clients on a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters, in relation notably to the formation, restructuring and financing of regulated and unregulated investment funds (such as venture capital, private equity, real estate and hedge funds). Prior to joining Van Campen Liem, Leonor worked six years in Luxembourg in two leading international law firms, where she gained significant experience in transactional and regulatory related matters in the financial and investment funds sectors. Leonor obtained a Master degree in International and European Business Law from the Paris Dauphine University.
