Ramzi advises private equity firms and other asset managers on all legal and regulatory aspects of the structuring, formation, distribution and ongoing operation of regulated (UCITS, SIF and SICAR) and unregulated investment funds (SCSp/RAIFs). His practice focuses on wide rage of alternative funds (venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, private equity, etc.) and their related operations and transactions, including the structuring of co-investment arrangements and carried interest entitlements.
Ramzi has a solid experience in the establishment of, and advice to, management companies and AIFMs in Luxembourg. He holds a master’s degree in international business law from the University of Montpellier I..
