Avallon MBO Fund IV Buyout had a strong first closing at EUR 171.5 million capital raised from reputable institutional investors and is targeting total commitments of over EUR 260 million.
Avallon MBO Fund IV is the fourth fund managed by Avallon MBO, one of the pioneers of the management buyout market in Poland.
After having partnered with Avallon MBO also in the context of their previous funds, we are proud to have assisted them again as lead legal, tax and regulatory counsel in relation to such a new successful fundraising.
