Van Campen Liem acted as Dutch counsel to Dsquares, Algebra and Ezdehar in Dsquares equity financing by Lorax Capital Partners

Van Campen Liem has acted as Dutch counsel to DSQ BV on a wide range of legal and tax matters in connection with the financing from Lorax Capital Partners (LCP). DSQ is the parent company of Dsquares and Lucky App, one of the leading loyalty solutions providers in the Middle East & Africa operating throughout Egypt, Jordan, Romania, Kenya, Tanzania, Morocco, KSA, and the UAE. The investment is the first LCP has made since closing its LCP Fund II.

As part of the same transaction, Van Campen Liem assisted the existing investors Ezdehar Egypt Mid-Cap Fund and Algebra Ventures with the sale of Ezdehar’s minority stake to LCP and Algebra’s additional acquisition of DSQ shares to increase its existing investment.
