Van Campen Liem assisted Peninsula Capital on the investment in Isola dei Tesori

Van Campen Liem has assisted Peninsula Capital on all the Luxembourg law aspects of their acquisition, together with Azimut – Demos 1 Fund, of a 75% stake in D.M.O. Pet Care s.r.l., a leading Italian pet food and care enterprise operating under the brand ‘Isola dei Tesori’.

In particular, Van Campen Liem has led the setting-up and negotiations of the co-investment structures with Azimut Libera Impresa and other co-investors. 

Van Campen Liem has previously advised Peninsula Capital on the formation of all their alternative investment funds and investment vehicles, in Luxembourg. 

The Van Campen Liem team included Marcello Distaso, Eleni Kokkinou, Aldo Schuurman, Andrew de Vries, Savvas Atzemoglou and Gabriel Amar.
