Van Campen Liem is pleased to have advised Polynickel West Africa B.V, a subsidiary of CoreX Holding BV, in connection with the USD 180 million long-term take-out financing provided by a syndicate of international lenders for its acquisition of a majority stake in Ivory Coast nickel miner, Compagnie Minière Du Bafing SA (CMB). CMB operates one of the world’s largest nickel laterite deposits.
