Van Campen Liem advised the European Investment Fund (EIF) on an investment in SIB Joining Forces

Van Campen Liem advised the European Investment Fund (EIF) on an investment in SIB Joining Forces. SIB Joining Forces is a Payment by Results scheme focusing on the reintegration in the labor market of incapacitated military personnel of the Dutch army. Incapacitated military personnel of the Dutch army will, via social sector organizations, be placed in jobs and employment training. Such placement will consist of a tailor-made innovative and adaptive learning program, matching placement and individual support through personal skills mapping, and will provide customized training. EIF’s investment in the fund benefits from financial backing of the European Fund for Strategic Investments (one of the three main elements of the Juncker Plan). The transaction closed mid-July 2019.

The team at Van Campen Liem consisted of Maurits Tausk, Saskia Bergin, Diederik Palstra and Paul Kraan
