Van Campen Liem advised MKB Fonds and VLH Welding Group on add-on acquisition

Van Campen Liem advised MKB Fonds and its portfolio company VLH Welding Group on the acquisition of certain assets and liabilities of Westbroek Welding & Safety.
This add-on acquisition follows the acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of VLH Welding Group B.V. (and subsidiaries) from its founding shareholders, on which Van Campen Liem advised MKB Fonds.
VLH Welding Group is engaged in the wholesale trade of welding and cutting technology and active in the field of maintanance, repair and testing of workshop equipment.
Van Campen Liem’s team consisted of Martijn Stuart, Jos Kroep and Bart Wehmeijer.
