Founded by Salar al Khafaji and Sebastiaan Visser, Monumental builds robots that perform real construction work on live construction sites. Over the past two years, its robots have delivered the brickwork for over 100 homes, along with a school, a community center, a sports center, a hotel, commercial units, and hundreds of meters of Amsterdam’s historic canal walls – with half of that total output delivered in just the last three months.
The Van Campen Liem team advising Khosla Ventures consisted of Bart Wehmeijer, Herman Hoeve, Jos Kroep, Dylano Van Beek and Suki Bikker.
