Melda is an associate in our Amsterdam office. She advises on a broad range of financial services regulatory matters, including compliance with the Dutch Financial Supervision Act, AIFMD, MiFID, and AMLD. She also provides guidance on the regulatory aspects of multi-jurisdictional fund practices. Additionally, Melda assists clients in their interactions with regulators on various supervisory matters, such as applications for authorisations, exemptions, and fitness and propriety reviews.
Before joining Van Campen Liem, Melda worked as an attorney at a global law firm based in the Netherlands. She speaks Dutch, Turkish and English.
