Marine has experience in corporate transactional work, advising private equity firms and real estate groups on cross-border acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. She advises asset managers of private equity, debt and infrastructure funds and other financial institution on set-up, fundraising and ongoing operations.
Marine is involved in the establishment and advice to management companies and AIFMs in Luxembourg. She also advises DFIs as part of their investment operations through fund reviews, due diligences and terms negotiations.
Before joining Van Campen Liem, Marine worked in the corporate and M&A practice of a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg. She holds an LL.M. in U.S., International and Transnational Law from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, USA, and a Master II degree in International Business Law / DJCE from the Institut de Droit des Affaires of Aix-en-Provence, France.
