David’s main areas of practice include the assistance of multinational sponsors on all corporate and regulatory aspects of the structuring, formation, marketing and ongoing operation of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds with a wide range of investment strategies, such as private equity, real estate, infrastructure, fund-of-funds, etc.).
David has also experience in advising institutional investors in relation to their investments into closed-ended funds. He also advises investment fund managers, depositaries and other asset management-related service providers with regards to their creation and provision of their financial services.
David holds an LLM in international business law from Queen Mary University of London (England), a Master’s degree in French and German business law – with a trilingual option – from Paris Nanterre University (France) and an LLB in law from University of Potsdam (Germany).
