Alberto has experience advising both general partners and investors on the structuring, fundraising and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds. He has also experience in the private funds secondary market, in particular GP-led secondaries transactions.
Prior to joining VCL, Alberto also gained experience in regulation of alternative investment funds and in the establishment and operation of downstream and upstream investment vehicles.
He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Edinburgh (UK) and a Master’s degree in law from Università Cattolica di Milano. Alberto worked previously for a leading Luxembourg law firm and for a UK law firm in London.
