According to the MeNa.nl database, Saman and his team have advised on 20 qualified disclosed deals with a total deal value of EUR 592 Mio. The vast majority of the transactions were cross border growth equity investments led by international VC and PE firms as well as exits of VC and PE backed companies. From advising Paris VC firm Alven on the USD 61mio growth equity round of Amsterdam based Creative Fabrica, to representing Egypt headquartered Thndr on its USD 20mio financing from Amsterdam based Prosus Ventures and Tiger Global in New York.
