Associate
Olga advises private equity firms and asset managers on formation, fundraising and operations of alternative investment funds. She is involved in establishment and advice to management companies and AIFMs in Luxembourg. Olga also advises on ESG regulatory matters.
Prior to joining us, she gained experience with a CEE-based law firm, a Luxembourg-based AIFM and the United Nations.
Olga holds an LL.M. degree in European Union Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, France, which is complemented by a Master’s degree in Commercial Law, Ukraine.
She is fluent in English and has a working proficiency in French, her native languages are Ukrainian and Russian.
