Marcello Distaso is one of the founders at Van Campen Liem and initiators of the Luxembourg office. He divides his time between the Amsterdam and Luxembourg offices. He has over 20 year experience in advising asset managers in structuring their deals and operations. His main field of expertise also includes structuring and negotiating investment funds as well as primary and secondary fund investments and co-investment structures. He regularly lectures on investment funds and tax related topics at the University of Leiden (LL.M. in Tax) and the IBFD. He is ranked in Chambers Europe both for Tax and Investment Funds in the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
