Kateryna advises on a wide range of matters related to setting-up of and ongoing advice to investment funds, in particular Private Equity funds. Kateryna also assists clients on corporate matters relating to the operation of funds. Before joining Van Campen Liem, Kateryna was a corporate/M&A associate with a reputable CEE-based law firm where she gained experience in cross-border transactions. Her native languages are Ukrainian and Russian, she is also fluent in English and has a working proficiency in Norwegian.
