Jordane regularly advises domestic and international clients in their operations of corporate (re)structuring, M&A, (re)financing and corporate governance. Jordane assists private equity firms and alternative investment funds from their original investments to exit strategy planning. He has a particular expertise in the implementation of management incentive plan and capital structuring. Before joining Van Campen Liem, Jordane worked for the Luxembourg office of a leading UK law firm.
