Guillaume is primarily involved in corporate and M&A work. He advises private equity firms or investment funds in Luxembourg or acting through Luxembourg-based vehicles on their cross-border acquisition transactions, restructuring and day-to-day corporate work. Before joining Van Campen Liem, Guillaume worked for the Luxembourg offices of leading international law firms.
