Eleni advises asset managers and investment firms in relation to the structuring, setting-up, marketing and operation of Luxembourg alternative investment funds, with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital.
Eleni has extensive experience in corporate law related matters, including corporate restructuring and establishment of investment structures. Her areas of expertise include regulatory matters and fund financing.
Eleni speaks Greek, English, French, Italian, Spanish and Luxembourgish.
