Diederik is mainly involved in the formation of investment funds from a corporate law, contract law and regulatory law perspective. He specializes in the formation of private equity funds. In addition, he works in corporate law and contract law. Diederik also has substantial experience in advising UK clients on English law and is also admitted to the roll of solicitors of the Law Society of England and Wales. He speaks Dutch and English
