Van Campen Liem announces the opening of its Luxembourg office and welcomes new partners Gesina van de Wetering and Aldo Schuurman

One year after its set-up, Van Campen Liem is adding a Luxembourg office to its offering. The prominent role of Luxembourg structures in M&A, private equity transactions and for the formation of investment funds makes a Luxembourg presence a natural combination with the existing Dutch office and considerably strengthens the Firm international transaction focus.

The Luxembourg office will provide integrated legal and tax assistance and will be coordinated by resident partner Aldo Schuurman, senior corporate lawyer joining from Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg, as well as Marc van Campen and Marcello Distaso.

We are also pleased to announce the arrival of partner Gesina van de Wetering, a recognised tax and corporate law expert in Turkey and former partner at Norton Rose LLP. Gesina will be joined by her associates Huseyin Koca and Shireen Raza effective March 1st. With their arrival our firm will be ideally positioned to serve clients in the Turkish market and to further build long standing relationships with players in all the major industries in Turkey.
