Van Campen Liem has advised Frank’s International N.V. in connection with its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange of 34,500,000 shares of its common stock at USD 22.00 per share, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 4,500,000 shares of common stock from the Company. Net proceeds received by the Company from the sale of 34,500,000 shares of common stock were approximately USD 711.9 million after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses.

Frank’s International N.V. is a global oil services company that provides a broad and comprehensive range of highly engineered tubular services to leading exploration and production companies in both offshore and onshore environments, with a focus on complex and technically demanding wells.
