Van Campen Liem advised CIP on EUR 384 million investment in the DolWin3 project

Together with law firm Watson, Farley & Williams, Van Campen Liem has advised Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) on the Dutch legal aspects related to the joint venture with TenneT Holding B.V. (TenneT) regarding the DolWin3 project, a 900 MW offshore new grid connection for wind farms in the North Sea.

CIP is investing EUR 384 million through a separate investment company with the Danish pension fund Pension Danmark. The total investment required by the DolWin3 project is expected to be EUR 1.9 billion.

The team that worked on the transaction consisted of Marcello Distaso, Tom Mitchell, Judith Hartings and Ilona van den Bergh.
