Jordane regularly advises domestic and international clients in their corporate (re)structuring, M&A transactions, external financings and on general governance matters.
Jordane assists private equity firms, alternative investment funds and family offices from inception to planning exit strategies. He has particular expertise in the negotiation of joint ventures investments and management incentive plans.
Before joining Van Campen Liem, Jordane worked for a leading UK law firm at their Luxembourg office.
