Etienne has a significant experience in M&A and restructuring transactions, including joint-ventures, and shareholders’ agreements, on potential liability aspects, in commercial, contractual and collateral law. In the past, he advised a various range of clients, from start-ups to investments funds. He is now mainly focusing on private equity and restructuring transactions.
Before joining Van Campen Liem, Etienne worked for a local and several international law firms in Luxembourg. He holds a Master I in private law (Stockholm University, Sweden), a Master I in business law and a Master II in European law (Strasbourg University, France).
