Avocat à la Cour
Benoit advises clients on alternative investment fund and asset management matters. Benoit has a specific focus on private equity, infrastructure, fund-of-funds, debt and real estate strategies. Benoit advises asset managers on the structuring and fundraising of their funds and on funds and asset management regulatory matters. He also has vast experience in advising DFIs and institutional investors on their investments in alternative investment funds.
Prior to joining Van Campen Liem , he worked for almost 6 years in the Luxembourg funds practice of a Magic Circle firm and two and a half years in the legal department of a DFI. He holds a Master of Law and a Master of Political Sciences from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) and a Master of European Law from the College of Europe (Bruges). He was admitted as Avocat à la Cour in Luxembourg in 2015.
